Shipping policy

Orders are shipped through USPS from Orange County, California. 

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

US & Canada
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We also offer $1 flat rate untracked shipping for letter mail items (stickers and/or 3 or less greeting cards). 

Please note that items lost through untracked shipping do not quality for refund or replacement. 

International
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Scottykaku is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. For this reason, we strongly suggest shopping our Etsy as an alternative.
